Job summary

Macmahon is looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Perth. In this role, you will maintain accurate inventory, support planning, and monitor stock movements while engaging with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in inventory or supply chain, preferably in mining or heavy industry, along with strong SAP and Excel skills. We offer competitive benefits, including paid parental leave and retail discounts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in inventory, supply chain, or similar.
• Background in heavy industry, mining, manufacturing, or oil & gas.
• Solid MRO knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and optimise stock levels.
• Monitor movements, perform counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support planning using profiling, min/max levels, and demand analysis.
