Job summary

Department of Transport & Planning Victoria in Melbourne seeks a Senior Spatial Analyst to provide Level 2 technical and operational support for the Transport Asset Spatial platform, ensuring ESRI ArcGIS and FME based services are reliable and performing.

The role includes troubleshooting incidents, monitoring platform performance, managing users and access, maintaining documentation and collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders and vendors to deliver enhancements and uphold data quality,

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Geospatial Information Systems, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS (Server/Portal/Experience Builder) and FME or similar ETL tools.
• Knowledge of spatial data management, system integration, and cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Experience supporting spatial platforms or enterprise applications.
• Ability to work with internal teams, stakeholders and external vendors.
