Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing testing methodologies: unit, integration, system testing.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems supporting space telescope and laser operations
• Deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions for mission-critical environments
• Support system integration, verification, and validation within observatory and space systems
• Collaborate with software, hardware, optical, and systems engineering teams
• Implement and enhance DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root‑cause analysis of complex issues
• Contribute to distributed processing and real-time systems
• Develop visualisation tools and user interfaces for operational use
• Ensure software meets safety‑critical requirements
• Support continuous improvement of software quality and engineering standards
