Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen position.
• Extensive knowledge of contemporary culinary techniques and classical cuisine.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage kitchen teams.
• Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations and local health standards.
• Proven ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
