Job summary

ELMO Software Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant in Melbourne to work closely with our Sales team, delivering tailored product presentations and demos that translate client technical requirements into compelling solutions.

You will drive solution-based selling, respond to RFPs, and collaborate across divisions to showcase product capabilities and HR/Talent Management processes, while guiding junior consultants and ensuring client success.

Qualifications

• Pre-sales experience in HR or Payroll/RTA software is highly desirable.
• Presales/consulting experience within a SaaS vendor is preferred.
• Experience designing integrations with other systems using APIs is desirable.
• Strong understanding of HR/Talent Management processes.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Form strong partnerships with sales to enable team-based client engagements.
• Drive solutions-based selling to align ELMO platform with customer problems.
• Plan and deliver product presentations and demonstrations for technical audiences.
• Showcase deep product expertise to address complex questions and opportunities.
• Provide guidance to other consultants and assist with training and development.
• Respond to and manage multiple RFPs with internal collaboration.
• Deliver presentations and seminars at prospect or client events.

Reporting to the Solutions Consultant Manager, the Senior Solutions Consultant works closely with ELMO's Sales teams and other divisions on key business opportunities, proposals, and pitches for the business. You will help bring ELMO's solution to life by delivering high-quality product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client technical requirements and audiences.

• Form strong working partnerships with sales representatives and sales leaders to enable a teaming-based approach to client engagements.
• Drive a focus on solutions-based selling to create greater alignment between the ELMO platform and customer problems.
• Plan and deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to technical requirements and target audiences.
• Showcase deep product expertise to promote tools and address complex questions.
• Provide guidance and direction to other consultants and assist with team training and development.
• Respond to and execute multiple RFPs simultaneously, collaborating with internal teams as required.
• Deliver presentations and seminars at prospect or client events.
