Job summary

ASX Limited in Sydney seeks a Senior Manager for Identity and Access Management to lead the identity security function. You will shape strategy, oversee governance, and drive proactive risk-based identity controls across workforce, customers, and services.

You will partner with Cyber Security, Risk, and Technology to implement modern IAM capabilities and ensure resilience and compliance in a critical finance infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology, cyber security or identity, with enterprise IAM leadership.
• Proven ability to transform identity security programs and drive risk reduction.
• Experience across authentication, authorisation, federation and identity lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and transform the enterprise Identity Security function and strategy.
• Oversee design, delivery, assurance and operation of identity capabilities.
• Drive governance, admin, authentication, and access controls across the org.
• Embed identity-by-design and align with cyber strategy and regulatory needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships for IAM tooling.
