Job summary

TPG Telecom is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect – CRM to design IT solutions for our CRM/BSS stack, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements and security standards. The role focuses on Oracle Siebel CRM and related BSS systems within a large enterprise environment.

You will lead architecture discussions with stakeholders, produce architecture and design documents, and guide delivery teams through ARB reviews, ensuring compliant and scalable CRM changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least three years specialising in CRM and BSS solution design within large-scale enterprise or telecommunications environments.
• Application design and code-level experience in Oracle Siebel.
• Proven experience working within cross-functional delivery teams, including overseeing CRM and BSS implementation and deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the architecture community and aligned with business stakeholders to understand the requirements, design the solutions, obtain the required approvals, and assist the delivery teams in successful initiative completion.
• Develop solutions based on deep expertise of Oracle Siebel CRM and associated BSS systems, covering both end-to-end architecture and the detailed application design of CRM changes.
• Ensure best practice application architecture and development within CRM space to support business objectives of streamlined delivery lifecycle, operational resilience and longer-term improved speed to market for CRM changes.
• Produce Solution Architecture Documents and Component Design documents.
• Conduct solution assessments through Architecture Review Boards (ARB) to maintain compliance with technology standards and policies.
• Conduct reviews and walkthroughs of CRM Component Design with internal and vendor CRM platform teams.
• Oversee CRM development to ensure alignment to design.
• Maintain awareness and alignment with Oracle Siebel roadmap through relationships with Oracle and delivery partner Centre of Excellence.
• Provide consultation on Siebel best practice across multiple work programs.

This role focuses on enterprise and IT solutions architecture at TPG Telecom with a core emphasis on CRM capabilities. The Senior Solutions Architect – CRM will design IT solutions for our strategic Consumer BSS stack in an efficient, cost-effective, secure and ethical manner. The role will ensure CRM & BSS solutions align with business objectives, regulatory compliance, technology strategy, and security standards.

You’ll make impact by:

• Work as part of the architecture community and aligned with business stakeholders to understand the requirements, design the solutions, obtain the required approvals, and assist the delivery teams in successful initiative completion.

What you’ll bring:
