Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or IT infrastructure.
• At least 3+ years in a dedicated Solution Architect role.
• Deep understanding of enterprise application design, REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns (event-driven architecture, message queues, ESB, EAI).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Architect end-to-end security solutions aligned with guardrails and business goals.
• Produce architectural artifacts (SADs, diagrams, integration specs, data flows).
• Evaluate technology options, lead PoCs, and perform trade-off analyses.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure alignment with standards.
• Identify risks/dependencies and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Translate requirements into actionable architectural roadmaps.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and ARBs; participate in architecture reviews.
• Contribute to architecture patterns, reference blueprints, and best practices.

Your Opportunity

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an innovative and highly analytical Solution Architect to design and guide the delivery of scalable, resilient, and secure end-to-end technology solutions. In this role, you will bridge strategic business objectives with technical execution, converting complex business requirements into robust architectural designs across cloud, application, data, and security domains.

You will act as the principal architectural authority on key projects, collaborating closely with security architects, product managers, software engineers, and business leaders. The ideal candidate pairs deep technical breadth across modern technology stacks with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

You'll Make Impact By

• Architect end-to-end security solutions aligned with enterprise architecture guardrails, business goals, and security policies.
• Produce comprehensive architectural artifacts, including Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), component diagrams, integration specifications, and data flow models.
• Evaluate technology options, lead Proofs-of-Concept (PoCs), and perform trade-off analyses (buy vs. build, performance vs. cost).
• Conduct design and architecture reviews to ensure build implementation aligns with approved architectural standards.
• Identify technical risks and dependencies early, formulating effective mitigation and refactoring strategies to resolve architectural debt.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical strategies and actionable architectural roadmaps.
• Present architectural concepts and proposals to business stakeholders, executive sponsors, and architecture review boards.
• Participate in Architecture Review Boards (ARB) to evaluate project proposals and technology vendor solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational architecture patterns, best practices, and reference blueprints.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML security, quantum-safe cryptography, mesh architectures) and run architecture proof-of-concepts.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or IT infrastructure, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated Solution Architect role.
• Technical Breadth: Deep understanding of enterprise application design, REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Cloud Expertise: Proven experience designing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Integration Patterns: Strong knowledge of integration patterns (event-driven architecture, message queues, ESB, enterprise integration patterns).
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate / Professional
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect
• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) Certification
