Job summary

Peoplebank seeks a Senior Solution Architect (AWS & Azure) to lead the design and governance of complex enterprise solutions for federal sector initiatives. This role emphasizes cloud-first architectures, governance, and scalable delivery across stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle, driving governance, risk management, and secure integrations to deliver future-ready solutions. Hybrid Sydney-based work is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as Enterprise Solution Architect.
• Owns complex architecture from point of Governance and delivery.
• Advanced experience with Azure and AWS cloud-based product Architecture.
• Senior stakeholder/governance presentation.
• Enterprise integration / APIs / platforms.
• Experience with GenAI, Salesforce and Snowflake are a plus.
• Health/Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

• Deliver high-quality solution designs and architecture that align with business requirements and objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and own all solution-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, PMs, and technical teams to define requirements.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Solution Architect (AWS & Azure) to lead the design and governance of complex enterprise solutions, ensuring architecture outcomes align with strategic business objectives while leveraging modern cloud platforms and integration capabilities. You will provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle, working closely with senior stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to drive innovation, oversee governance processes, and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

• Deliver high-quality solution designs and architecture that align with business requirements, strategic objectives, and organisational goals.
• Develop, maintain, and own all solution-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and ongoing relevance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, project managers, technical teams, and subject matter experts to define requirements and ensure cross-domain solution alignment.
• Provide technical leadership, oversee solution delivery, facilitate resolution of complex technical issues, and represent solutions through governance, review, and approval processes.
