Qualifications

• Current A Grade Electrical Licence.
• Current SAA Accreditation for Grid Connected PV & Battery Storage Systems.
• Minimum 5 years in solar, battery or broader renewable energy sector.
• Strong residential solar and battery installation experience.
• Experience with battery commissioning, fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading, mentoring or supervising installation teams.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and technical direction to installation teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct site assessments, inspections and technical reviews.
• Support residential solar, battery and EV charging installations.
• Review designs and identify installation risks before work commences.
• Assist with commissioning, testing and technical problem-solving.
• Investigate faults, warranty issues and customer escalations.
• Carry out installation audits and quality inspections.
• Support safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver technical guidance and training to installers.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, sales and customer service teams.
• Help develop installation procedures, standards and best practices.
