Job summary

Brightworks Solar Pty Ltd, a top-rated solar company based in Rowville, Melbourne, is seeking a 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprentice to join our in-house team. This full-time role offers on-the-job training on premium solar and battery systems, with no subcontracting and learning from experienced A-Grade electricians.

You will assist with installations, learn commissioning and troubleshooting, and support daily site work while maintaining safe, neat job sites.

Qualifications

• Current 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprentice (Vic-registered).
• Solar experience is a must.
• Minimum 6 months of solar installation experience.
• Keen interest in solar, batteries, and clean energy.
• Willing to work hard and take pride in neat, efficient installs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and confident working at heights.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Own car and drivers licence.
• Australian citizens and permanent residents only.
