Neara is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Sydney to help make digital twins self-service. You will work across a stack that includes Dart-based client apps, high-performance C++/Rust computation engines, and a Java backend for data services.

You’ll own the interface between algorithms and users, scale the framework, and improve tooling performance for global delivery teams. A focus on user experience for expert users is essential.
