Job summary

Neara is building AI-driven digital twins of electricity grids and is seeking an experienced Tech Lead Manager to steer the Experience Platform. You will balance people leadership with hands-on system design for large-scale 3D models and dashboards across desktop and mobile.

You'll partner with Product, Design, and Customer Success, shape the UX, and drive delivery while mentoring engineers across multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex software at scale.
• Strong customer-focused approach with product empathy and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team and guide career progression.
• Own delivery for the team’s domain and define milestones for reliable shipping.
• Shape UX, design system, and rendering performance for large-scale 3D dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to align execution.
