Heidi is building a next-generation AI healthcare platform that helps clinicians collaborate securely at hospital scale. The team ships features across web and mobile apps, focusing on privacy and performance.

You’ll work across the stack from frontend to backend, enabling clinicians to deliver better care through robust, scalable APIs and thoughtful UX. Our mission is to double care capacity with precise engineering and patient-centered design.

Qualifications

• Experience owning the delivery of features from spec to production
• Adaptability when priorities shift, plus comfort moving between frontend and backend
• You lead the way on AI tooling in your team, leveraging AI to improve engineering work
• A product mindset: you care how your work helps clinicians deliver better care

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of collaboration features from spec to production
• Build shared APIs and building blocks enabling other Heidi teams to add collaboration and access control
• Run authorization at scale with data privacy and integrity as core requirements
• Work across the stack with React/TypeScript on frontend and Python on backend
• Collaborate with tech lead, PM and designers to translate clinical workflows into usable features
