Heidi Health Corp. is expanding its team to advance collaboration features that enable clinicians to work together across clinics and hospital networks. You will ship features from spec to production, design shared APIs, and ensure robust authorization at scale while maintaining patient privacy and data integrity.

The role requires building in React/TypeScript on the frontend and Python on the backend, with a product-minded approach to improve clinician workflows and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience building production software in Python or TypeScript.
• Ability to own feature delivery from spec to production.
• Comfort moving between frontend and backend and shipping APIs.
• Experience leading AI tooling initiatives within a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of collaboration features from spec to production.
• Build shared APIs and building blocks for other Heidi teams.
• Run authorization at scale and design scalable data models.
• Work across the stack: React/TypeScript on frontend, Python on backend.
• Collaborate with tech lead, PM and designers to translate clinical workflows into features.
