The Opportunity

This is a high-ownership role where you'll design and deliver solutions end-to-end - from gathering requirements with stakeholders through to production deployment and ongoing operation. You'll be making architectural decisions, building integrations with third-party platforms, and shaping the future of their technology stack.

The timing is ideal - foundational migration work is complete, and you'll building the exciting stuff: AI-powered document verification, automated platform integrations, and modernised client portals.

What You'll Work On

• Design and build scalable systems across the full stack (.NET/C#, Vue.js/React)
• Integrate with third-party platforms (workforce management, payment gateways, accounting systems)
• Contribute to architecture decisions as they build a modular, API-driven platform
• Work directly with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
• Modernise legacy Ruby on Rails applications alongside new .NET development
• Ensure security and compliance standards (ISO 27001)

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server

• Solid understanding of API design, integrations, and software architecture
• Excellent communication skills - can translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and make architectural decisions

Nice to Have

• Ruby on Rails experience (or strong ability to pick up new languages quickly)
• Experience in fintech, lending platforms, or regulated environments
• Experience with Docker and modern DevOps practices
