Job summary

Overview

Build a cloud-first ERP platform from scratch and embed AI into the operating system of Australia’s biggest events.

Location and Employment
  • Abbotsford, Melbourne (Hybrid – 3 Days in the office)
  • Full-time | Permanent

What You’ll Do
  • Strong experience delivering production-grade software using C# / .NET and modern engineering practices
  • Build services, APIs, and pipelines that support high-scale operations and continuous delivery
  • Modernise and evolve platform architecture (microservices, event-driven patterns, DDD/CQRS where appropriate)
  • Own quality, delivery, and platform reliability
  • Collaborate across the business – Work closely with CTO, Head of Technology, Product Owners, Operations, Logistics and Finance to translate business outcomes into intuitive UI/UX-led software capabilities
What You Bring
  • Strong experience delivering production-grade software using C# / .NET and modern engineering practices
  • Over 10+ years’ of experience in designing, building and running workloads that automate business processes
  • Proven consulting skills, with the ability to translate business needs into software capabilities that keep user experience at the centre
  • Experience in ERP system is highly desirable
  • Strong CI/CD, testing, and DevEx mindset — you leave systems safer and simpler than you found them
