Job summary

Finder is seeking a Social Media Manager to own Finder's social presence, from strategy to day-to-day execution. This role is hands-on—you will ship the calendar, copy, and content while guiding the direction and franchise bets, and you’ll manage a Social Video Producer in partnership on larger video initiatives.

You should be comfortable in the weeds yet able to own the big picture, mentor a direct report, and drive growth across platforms with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media or content, working with autonomy.
• Track record growing an audience on major platforms.
• Experience managing or mentoring a report.
• Experience managing creator partnerships.
• Sharp instincts across copy, design and video.

Responsibilities

• Own the cross-platform social strategy — channel priorities and franchise bets.
• Write hooks, captions and copy for posts daily across platforms.
• Brief and give direction to the Social Video Producer on bigger video work.
• Negotiate and manage paid influencer/creator relationships end-to-end.
• Grow owned communities like Facebook Groups and manage reputational risk.
• Be accountable for follower, view and engagement growth and report progress to GM of Growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
