Edelman Australia is seeking an Associate Client Director, Social & Influencer to lead one of our most exciting global sporting briefs. You will drive a social-first strategy, orchestrating campaigns that sit at the heart of culture and real-time conversation.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with creative instinct and operational excellence to deliver earned-first, integrated work that engages fans and demonstrates measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience across social, digital or integrated communications.
• Proven experience leading large-scale social and influencer campaigns.
• Deep expertise across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Strong track record building and managing creator ecosystems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, reactive or live environments.
• Excellent client leadership and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Build the Social Engine with a 12–18 month ecosystem strategy and always-on content.
• Define channel roles across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Own the end-to-end creator ecosystem from strategy to contracting and optimisation.
• Lead real-time content planning around key moments and opportunities.
• Integrate paid, owned and earned to maximise impact.
• Lead a senior team and foster a high-performing culture.
• Measure engagement, share of voice, sentiment and conversions.
