Job summary

Q Design + Construct (QDC) is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on-site construction activities across industrial and commercial projects in Western Australia. You will supervise trades, coordinate subcontractors, and uphold safety, quality, and client service standards.

The role requires a solid trade or engineering background, 3+ years of site supervision experience, and familiarity with Procore. You will work with a dynamic team across Perth metro and regional WA, contributing to timely,

Qualifications

• Site Supervisor with 3+ years of experience and a solid trade or engineering background.
• Experience managing D&C projects in industrial/commercial sectors; value up to $70M+.
• Knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Safety Standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities across D&C projects.
• Lead toolbox talks, site inductions, daily site checks and monitor high-risk works.
• Coordinate resourcing and scheduling of multi-disciplinary subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project team and also work independently to direct site activities.

What Managing a QDC Site Looks Like:

• Ensuring safe supervisionof all onsite construction activities across our D&C projects
• Leadingregulartoolbox talks, site inductions, daily site checksandmonitoring high riskworks
• Assist withinput todesign for constructabilityandproject innovation
• Coordinateresourcing and schedulingof multi-disciplinary subcontractors at all stages of the project, comfortable managing multiple work fronts simultaneously
• Collaborate closely with the project team while also workingindependentlyto delegate and direct site activities,ensuring timely and cost-effectiveproject delivery
• Adaptable to new software and site management applications (Procore)
• Activeproblem-solvingandcreative solutionsorientation is essential
• Promote strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team

What You Need To Excel In The Role

• Site Supervisor: Minimum3+ yearsof experience, with a solid trade or engineering background
• Experience managing/supervisingD&C projects, preferably in an industrial and commercial sector – value up to $70M+
• Knowledge ofAustralian Building CodesandSafety Standards
• Safety leadership focussing on behaviours and buy-in from all
• Strong expertise in civil, concrete, and structural works
• A problem-solver who leads and influences teams, and delivers high-quality projects
