Job summary

ATG Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for our Melbourne projects, with a strong pipeline and a focus on safety and quality. You will lead construction activities, mobilise subcontractors and ATG personnel, and ensure strict site compliance for new builds.

The ideal candidate has a trade qualification, White Card, First Aid/CPR, and proven ability to manage $10M+ commercial projects, with a meticulous approach to timelines and quality.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified or relevant industry qualification.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in commercial, industrial or retail new builds.
• Self-managed a $10M+ Commercial New Build project.
• White Card.
• First Aid & CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and site execution in Melbourne.
• Ensure compliance with site requirements for execution of works.
• Mobilise subcontractors and ATG personnel in a safe and timely manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead and coordinate teams on new build projects.
