Job summary

ATG Group, a Construction, Fit-out, Refurbishment, Modular, and Development company, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for Brisbane. You will lead project delivery from planning to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to HSEQ, quality, and safety standards.

You will manage cross-functional teams, maintain schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement, and drive continuous improvement across projects valued from $3M to $30M.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Experience with Premier Construction Software, Procore and Hammertech preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Highly organised with good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of the QLD Construction market and subcontractors.
• Construction White Card.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects in alignment with the company's business objectives and internal processes.You will be responsible for overall project delivery ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the team with full transparency covering HSEQ, quality, client satisfaction, programme, and financial outcomes.

About YOU — your skills and qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Experience with Premier Construction Software, Procore and Hammertech preferred.
