AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a Site Manager to oversee on-site delivery of infrastructure projects. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is performed safely, on time and within budget.

The role requires a civil engineering background, 5+ years as site manager in infrastructure, and valid safety certifications. You will manage schedules, QA, and liaise with clients, engineers, and regulators to maintain high standards.

Formación

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years as Site Manager in infrastructure/heavy construction.
• Valid site management safety certifications (e.g., SMSTS, OSHA).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily on-site activities and coordinate subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality regulations.
• Manage project schedules and proactively address potential delays.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, plant and equipment; ensure storage efficiency.
• Act as primary on-site contact for clients, engineers and authorities.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to uphold standards.
• Maintain accurate site records and safety documentation.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve emergencies.
