Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Infrastructure to lead civil infrastructure projects across the region from planning to close-out. You will collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high safety and quality standards.

You will manage budgets, risks and performance, ensuring governance and reporting are in place while driving continuous improvements across delivery teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, recognised by Engineers Australia.
• Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, transport).
• Experience with contract forms such as AS 2124, AS 4300, D&C, Alliance or similar.
• RPEQ registration is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, safely on time, within budget and to required quality.
• Provide strong project leadership across the lifecycle, from planning and constructability through to construction, commissioning and close-out.
• Work with clients, contractors, consultants and internal technical teams to establish clear project objectives and drive successful delivery.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, opportunities and dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, resources and commercial performance, using data to support decisions.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting and controls to provide clients and leadership confidence in performance.
