Job summary

Texco Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager in Melbourne to own day-to-day construction activities on large industrial projects across Victoria. You will oversee site operations from commencement to handover, manage subcontractors, resources, and programs, and maintain strong client relationships within a collaborative team.

You will lead by example, balancing safety, quality, and schedule with commercial outcomes, and contribute to a high-performing construction delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale industrial/commercial projects.
• Experience on projects valued at $30 million or above.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, programming, subcontractor coordination.
• Understanding of EHSQ requirements and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations to deliver safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
• Develop, manage and monitor construction programs with milestones and proactive delay management.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to drive productivity and coordination.
• Implement and maintain EHSQ requirements and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
• Drive QA, inspections and defect management through to handover.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams, providing leadership and collaboration.
