Consolidated Power Projects Australia Pty Ltd (CPP) is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of critical utility asset replacement projects across South Australia. You will collaborate with the Project Manager, coordinating personnel, contractors and safety, ensuring high standards from mobilisation through to completion.

The role offers meaningful leadership without a FIFO roster, balancing office planning in Adelaide with on-site visits and outage delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or senior field leader within HV electrical or utility infrastructure environments.
• Strong leadership experience managing site personnel, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of construction sequencing, outage planning and site delivery.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, site documentation, inductions, permits and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems proactively.
• Electrical trade qualifications and a current Australian driver's licence
• Experience working on high-voltage substations or asset replacement projects.
• Exposure to utility environments and transmission network operators.
• Experience managing mixed workforces of employees and subcontractors.
• Certificate IV in Safety, Civil Construction or related qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of critical utility asset replacement projects across South Australia.
• Coordinate planning from mobilisation to completion, safety, quality, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee outages, lead CPP crews and contractors, and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure site compliance and reporting, manage risk and sequencing.
• Balance office planning with on-site visits and outage delivery.
