Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead critical utility asset replacement projects across South Australia. You will coordinate outage delivery, manage safety and quality, and oversee both office planning and on-site execution.

The role offers a balanced mix of site work and planning, with leadership responsibility and HV infrastructure exposure. You will work from Wingfield, SA, with a 50/50 split between office and sites, and play a key role in

Qualifications

• HV electrical or utility infrastructure site leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, permits and compliance.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive problem solving.
• Electrical trade qualification and a current Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of critical utility asset replacement projects across SA.
• Oversee site safety, quality, documentation, inductions and compliance.
• Coordinate outages, sequencing, and stakeholder engagement during outages.
• Balance office planning with on-site visits and outage delivery.
