Job summary

CPP is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead critical utility asset replacement projects across South Australia. You will partner with the Project Manager to oversee site delivery from mobilisation to completion, coordinating CPP staff, contractors, safety, quality, and stakeholder engagement to ensure safe, efficient outcomes.

You will split time between Adelaide planning and site visits, with leading outage work, while avoiding traditional FIFO schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager, Site Supervisor or senior field leader in HV electrical or utility infrastructure.
• Strong leadership managing site personnel, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, outage planning and site delivery.
• Ability to manage safety, quality, documentation, inductions, permits and compliance.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage priorities and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of critical utility asset replacement projects across SA.
• Coordinate outages, sequencing and progress reporting.
• Manage crews, safety and quality on site during outages.
• Ensure client engagement and documentation are maintained.
• Balance office planning with field deliveries across multiple sites.
