CPP is expanding its Asset Management Services (AMS) team in Australia and seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery of critical utility asset replacement projects across South Australia. You will own site delivery from mobilisation to completion, coordinating personnel, contractors, safety, quality and reporting to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.

Based in Wingfield with a 50/50 split between office planning in Adelaide and site outages across the south-east, this role

Qualifications

• HV electrical or utility infrastructure experience.
• Leadership of site personnel and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing and outage planning.
• Experience with safety, quality, documentation, permits and compliance.
• Organisational skills with prioritisation and problem solving.
• Electrical trade qualification and Australian driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead outages and oversee the entire site, including safety, quality and compliance.
• Coordinate mobilisation, planning and delivery from site-ready to completion.
• Manage documentation, reporting and stakeholder engagement with client reps.
• Provide strong leadership of CPP employees and subcontractors across multiple sites.
