Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP) is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the WA 330kV substation construction works. You will drive site readiness from Perth, coordinate contractors, and transition to the two-hour-north site once ramped up.

Reporting to WA Operations GM, you’ll lead safety, quality and schedule, deliver through hands-on leadership and clear communication with project managers, engineers and clients, while building CPP’s WA delivery capability.

Competenze

• Experienced Site Manager with strong HV substation construction and grid connection experience.
• Strong safety leadership with ability to identify and control critical risks and maintain high quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead frontline teams, subcontractors and suppliers while keeping project managers and stakeholders well informed.

• Manage day-to-day site activities and provide strong leadership to site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to required quality standards; lead site meetings and progress reporting.
