Job summary

Parkview Constructions Pty is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of major high-rise projects across Sydney. You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage site teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery while coordinating with the Project Manager.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Building & Construction and 6+ years of high-rise site leadership, with proven experience delivering projects valued at $50M+.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience as a Site Manager on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Certificate IV in Building & Construction is required.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects valued at $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations with focus on safety, quality, productivity and program delivery.
• Mentor and develop site teams, leading Hands and Sub-Foremen.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor construction activities for productivity and resource efficiency.
• Ensure works comply with plans, codes, and Australian Standards.
• Monitor construction program and provide regular progress updates.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to address issues impacting program, cost or delivery.
