Job summary

Bluestonerecruitment seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-rise residential project in Sydney. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery and top-quality standards while guiding crews, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships on a central project.

Candidates should bring proven high-rise site management experience and a track record of delivering complex projects safely and to specification.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Site Manager on high-rise residential projects.
Strong leadership and clear communication across diverse teams.
Deep understanding of subcontractor markets and construction methods.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all on-site construction activities to meet milestones and stakeholder expectations.
Leading health, safety, environment and quality management.
Managing subcontractor performance, labour resources and site logistics.
Conducting site walks, safety meetings and progress reviews.
Building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives.
Supporting buildability reviews and contributing to design and quality outcomes.
Ensuring compliance with company standards, HSE legislation and project specifications.
