Job summary

Parkview Constructions Pty is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead head contracts and subcontracts, oversee procurement, and drive financial controls across high-rise projects in Sydney. You will mentor junior staff, ensure cost and compliance targets are met, and collaborate with Project Managers to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a degree in Construction Management or related field and 6+ years in contracts administration, with experience on projects over $40M.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Construction Management or related field.
• 6+ years’ experience in a Contracts Administration role (senior level preferred).
• Demonstrated experience on high-rise construction projects over $40M.
• Strong knowledge of Sydney’s subcontractor market and commercial landscape.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced project environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration across head contracts and subcontracts.
• Oversee procurement activities including tender reviews, scope preparation and contractor engagement.
• Manage subcontractor performance, claims, variations and payment processes.
• Monitor project cost control, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and site teams.
• Support project planning by aligning procurement with construction timelines.
• Ensure contract obligations are understood and met across all parties.
• Uphold WHSE and quality management standards across your portfolio.
• Prepare and review monthly trade forecasts and financial assessments.
• Ensure variations are documented, costed and approved in line with company processes.
• Maintain accurate document control and drawing registers.
• Mentor and support Junior Contracts Administrators and trainees.
