Job summary

Canteen Australia is seeking a Single Giving Manager to lead strategy, growth and performance of the Single Giving portfolio across multiple channels, with hybr id working in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

You will drive supporter acquisition, retention, reactivation and engagement to maximise lifetime value and sustainable income, while leading a high-performing team and collaborating with fundraising, supporter care and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in individual giving or fundraising with targets.
• Data-driven fundraising with segmentation and analytics.
• Experience with CRM tools, notably Salesforce.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, growth and performance of Canteen's Single Giving portfolio across multiple channels.
• Drive supporter acquisition, retention, reactivation and engagement strategies to maximise lifetime value and sustainable income growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Single Giving team while collaborating across fundraising, supporter care and marketing.
• Deliver fundraising initiatives that grow income, deepen supporter engagement and maximise long-term supporter value.
• Champion innovation through testing, new fundraising approaches, AI and automation opportunities, and special projects across the portfolio.
