Softtest Pays Pty in Australia seeks a Systems Analyst – Siebel Designer to provide business and systems analysis for the Siebel CRM platform and related systems across aged care digital services. You will partner with business, policy, project and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, design fit-for-purpose solutions and support releases and operational improvements.

The role demands strong communication, analytical skills and experience with Siebel CRM, plus the ability to work

Qualificações

• Minimum SFIA Level 4 or equivalent business analysis capability.
• Tertiary ICT qualification or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years IT systems analysis and design.
• Prior experience in Australian Government IT projects.
• 5+ years' experience with Siebel CRM, and at least 2 years as Siebel Analyst-Designer.
• Experience as Siebel CRM designer, developer or tester.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business analysts and staff to determine business requirements.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Work with architects, UX designers, product design assurance and developers.
• Develop detailed functional designs, user stories and design artefacts.
• Review design deliverables and perform confidence checks on built functionality.
• Coordinate implementation and resolve issues during development and post go-live.
• Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental officers.
