Job summary

Softtest pays pty ltd seeks a Systems Analyst – Siebel Designer to deliver business and systems analysis, functional design and support for the Siebel CRM platform and integrated systems within a complex ICT environment.

The role partners with business, policy and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop fit-for-purpose designs, and support delivery, releases and operational improvements in critical aged care digital services.

Qualifications

• Minimum SFIA Level 4
• 3–5+ years IT systems analysis and design
• 2+ years as Siebel Analyst‑Designer
• Experience in Australian Government projects (large/complex IT)

Responsibilities

• Partner with business analysts to determine business requirements
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders
• Collaborate with architects, UX designers, product design assurance and developers
• Develop and document functional design specifications
• Peer review design deliverables and conduct confidence checks
• Coordinate implementation of solution designs with stakeholders
• Analyse and resolve design issues during development and post go-live
• Transfer skills and knowledge to department officers
