Job summary

MTP Services are seeking a Siebel Designer to join a Federal Government client on a long-term engagement in Canberra. The role delivers business and systems analysis, functional design and solution support across the Siebel CRM platform and integrated systems.

You will work with business, policy, project and technical stakeholders to analyse requirements, develop fit-for-purpose designs and support delivery, releases and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM and associated business processes.
• Experience delivering functional designs and user stories.
• Ability to collaborate with business, policy, project and technical stakeholders to develop fit-for-purpose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business analysts and staff at all levels to determine business requirements.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
• Develop and document detailed functional design specifications, user stories and diagrams.
• Coordinate the implementation of solution designs with relevant stakeholders.
• Review design deliverables and perform confidence checks of built functionality.
• Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental officers.
