Job summary

Richglen is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major shutdowns and projects in Mackay, Central Queensland. Reporting to the Operations Manager – Shutdowns, you will drive planning, execution and close-out while ensuring safety, quality and commercial performance.

You will oversee Superintendents, Supervisors and multidisciplinary teams and build strong client relationships. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for budgets, forecasts and risk management across Bowen Basin

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or similar qualification desirable.
• Experience leading complex shutdowns or capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, control and close-out of major shutdowns and projects.
• Provide leadership to Superintendents, Supervisors and project teams.
• Maintain accountability for safety, quality, schedule, resources and performance.
• Manage project budgets, costs, forecasts and commercial outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and oversee contract obligations.
