Qualifications

• Extensive operational experience in shutdowns, crane and heavy lifting, mining or industrial environments.
• Strong planning and scheduling expertise coordinating complex shutdown activities and resources.
• Proven leadership capability mentoring teams and driving accountability.
• Sound knowledge of lifting operations, plant coordination and shutdown execution.
• Commercial acumen to optimise workforce usage and deliver cost-effective outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across client and support functions.
• Safety-first mindset with understanding of high-risk work environments and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead shutdown planning, readiness, scheduling and delivery to achieve safe and efficient outcomes.
• Coordinate labour, cranes, equipment, and resources to meet client requirements.
• Oversee shutdown activities and resolve issues to meet critical milestones.
• Provide leadership and coaching to improve capability and performance.
• Champion safety and operational excellence across all shutdown activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and site teams for seamless delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in planning and resource use.
