Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Microsoft SharePoint Migration Lead to drive a major Microsoft 365 transformation. You will own the SharePoint Online and OneDrive migration workstream and lead the technical strategy from planning to delivery in a large-scale tenant-to-tenant migration.

Candidates will have hands-on SharePoint expertise, a track record delivering similar migrations, and experience guiding technical resources through the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Led SharePoint Online and OneDrive tenant-to-tenant migrations in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with ShareGate and AvePoint migration tools.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and information architecture.
• Experience planning large-scale OneDrive for Business migrations.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration of SharePoint Online and OneDrive content between tenants.
• Assess existing environments, sites, permissions and dependencies.
• Develop and execute migration strategy including waves and cutover planning.
• Lead migrations using ShareGate and AvePoint.
• Oversee governance, security and metadata migration throughout.
