Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced Technical/Infrastructure Project Manager to join a major internal technology integration program. You will manage multiple Microsoft workstreams across M365 migration, Modern Workplace, endpoint management, Intune and security, on a 12-month contract with extension potential.

Candidates can be based anywhere in Australia with East Coast hours preferred; remote work is largely acceptable with occasional in-office meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex Microsoft migration or Modern Workplace programs.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent technical workstreams and dependencies.
• Strong governance and reporting capabilities, including stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 migration and integration workstreams, including tenant migrations.
• Oversee endpoint transformation and SOE deployments.
• Support security, data and compliance uplift initiatives.
• Coordinate multiple technical workstreams, risks, issues and timelines.
• Facilitate technical workshops with stakeholders and drive actions to delivery.
• Provide monthly status and executive reporting; ensure scope and budget adherence.
