Job summary
Expertech in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert to lead an enterprise-scale tenant-to-tenant migration across identity, email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on planning and executing the migration while minimising disruption to business operations.

Qualifications
- Experience planning and executing enterprise-scale M365 migrations.
- Strong consulting background with client/stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on across M365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Understanding identity integration and workload migration between tenants.
- Ability to plan migration, sequence workloads and coordinate cutover.
- Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute enterprise-scale M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to shape migration approach.
- Coordinate dependencies and cutover activities across workloads.
- Provide hands-on delivery and troubleshooting during migration.
