Job summary

luvo Talent is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to join a large enterprise technology team in Australia, with Sydney or Melbourne as a base.

You will implement and support ITOM and Security Operations, drive CMDB health and CSDM adoption, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes. A current CSA certification is mandatory, CIS is highly regarded. This role sits in one of the country's largest security teams.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to join an enterprise technology environment, working across ServiceNow IT Operations Management, CMDB and Security Operations.

This role would suit someone with strong hands-on ServiceNow experience who is comfortable working across implementation, support, governance and continuous improvement while engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM and Security Operations modules
• Supporting CMDB implementation, governance, maintenance and health
• Driving adoption and alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Supporting and improving Service Mapping
• Working across Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Helping maintain data quality, governance and platform standards
• Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB and CSDM is essential, together with practical exposure to ServiceNow Security Operations.
• A current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification will be highly regarded.
