Job summary

Precision Sourcing Australia is seeking a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong HRSD experience to design, develop and support HRSD solutions and platform improvements. You will work closely with HR and Technology teams to deliver a modern employee experience platform.

Key tasks include configuring HR Case Management, Employee Centre, and Lifecycle Events, plus building workflows, forms, and catalog items. Strong integration skills with SuccessFactors or UKG are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Centre and Lifecycle Events.
• Strong Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and API integration experience.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR platforms like SuccessFactors or UKG.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and develop solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Configure HR Case Management, Employee Centre and Lifecycle Events.
• Develop workflows, forms, catalogue items, portals and HR services.
• Build and maintain integrations with SuccessFactors and other enterprise platforms.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.
