GE HealthCare is seeking an Advanced Business Operations Specialist to oversee and support service back-office activities across contract management, ODS, billing and cash management. You will safeguard revenue, entitlement integrity and trusted data while enabling effective service delivery across ANZ.

You will own governance for Installed Product data, warranties and entitlements, collaborate with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with experience in Services Operations or related field.
• Strong analytical, financial and problem solving skills with KPI/SLA experience.
• Experience with Installed Product, contracts, ODS, billing, warranty or cash processes; Salesforce/ServiceMax experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end contract loading and modification to KPI, quality and compliance requirements while supporting revenue realization and entitlement accuracy.
• Ensure entitlements reflect customer coverage and feed downstream processes; validate PM plans and case generation.
• Govern Installed Product, site data quality and warranty management to support service planning and revenue realization.
• Monitor contract profitability, ODS performance and data governance to drive continuous improvement and risk reduction.
