GE HealthCare is seeking an Advanced Business Operations Specialist to oversee support for back-office service activities across contract management, ODS, billing, and installed product governance. The role safeguards revenue realization, data accuracy and compliance, partnering with Finance, Service Delivery and Quality to enable effective service delivery.

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will drive process governance, data-driven decision support and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field; strong analytical and data skills.
• Experience in services operations or related operational roles preferred.
• Fluency in English with clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end MSA contract loading and modification with KPI compliance.
• Ensure entitlement reflects customer coverage and downstream processes.
• Review ODS quotes, concessions and pricing for compliance.
• Resolve billing, contract and entitlement issues; monitor unbilled items.
• Coordinate credit and rebill processing when needed.
• Analyse contract profitability and drive process improvements.
• Monitor ODS profitability and advise on cost allocations.
• Maintain ServiceMax plans, rate lists and entitlements.
