Kinetic is seeking a Manager Service Delivery to lead the organisation’s operational performance and shape a high-performing, safety-first culture in Western Australia. You will drive strategic workforce planning and coach teams to deliver safe, compliant services.

You will partner with senior leaders to manage budgets, drive continuous improvement and ensure depot standards meet high expectations across the fleet and workforce.

Formación

• Leadership experience with change-management capability.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Digital literacy with MS Office; Power BI/Automate valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire operations teams to deliver safe, dependable services.
• Own the end-to-end employee journey including recruitment, rostering, performance, payroll and retention.
• Partner with executive leadership to ensure services are compliant, efficient, and on budget.
• Drive continuous improvement and oversee budgeting and planning.
