Eagers Automotive Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Safety Manager to lead safety across WA operations. You will partner with dealership leaders and corporate stakeholders to embed a proactive WHS culture and ensure compliance with legislation and company standards.

You will develop, implement and continuously improve workplace health and safety initiatives across automotive retail, service, parts, logistics and corporate locations in WA, providing coaching and strategic guidance to

Qualifications

• Senior WHS or Safety Management experience
• Strong knowledge of WA WHS legislation and compliance
• Experience managing safety across multi-site operations
• Proven ability to influence, coach and engage leaders
• Excellent incident investigation and risk management
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Must have Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
• Diploma or tertiary WHS qualification beneficial
• Current driver’s license

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Safety Partners across WA operations
• Manage WHS strategies, policies and programs
• Advise dealership leadership on safety, risk and compliance
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions
• Monitor safety performance metrics and reporting
• Coordinate WHS training and toolbox talks
• Support injury management and return-to-work processes
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company policies
• Drive continuous safety improvement across the region
• Embed safety into day-to-day operations across sites
