Job summary

TeamMoto Motorcycles in Australia is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Dealer Principal to ensure the service department runs smoothly and efficiently.

In this busy workshop you will manage day-to-day operations, meet KPI targets, liaise with the Parts Manager, provide outstanding customer service, and lead a team of technicians. Relocation package available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experienced Service Manager or Advisor in automotive or motorcycles.
• Exceptional customer service and people management skills.
• Technical knowledge and theability to interpret.
• Reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic able to motivate and support your team of mechanics.
• Passionate for motorcycles.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Service Manager and Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department.
• Manage all day to day operations in a busy workshop.
• Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved.
• Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met.
• Provide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians.
