• Confident, positive and comfortable in a busy environment.

• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own your section, guide guests through the menu, confidently talk food and drinks, and deliver warm, attentive service (Waiters).
• Be the connection between the kitchen and the floor — delivering dishes quickly, knowing the menu, communicating with chefs and servers, and keeping service moving (Runners).
